Smoked Cream Cheese

Preheat smoker to 225 degrees.

Remove cream cheese block from packaging and liberally apply your favorite seasoning, we like to use rib or chicken seasonings such as Rave BBQ Sweet & Smokey Maple.  For added presentation, lightly score the top of the block with a knife in a crosshatched pattern.

Place the cream cheese on a plate and smoke for 2 hours.

Remove and serve with crackers.  Adding a topping such as a Pepper Jelly makes this even more irresistible.
