Refund policy

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns.

If we are refunding an order where the customer makes a mistake (eg. items that we do not ship- pellets, smokers, charcoal, logs or incorrect shipping selection) or orders to Quebec or outside of Canada there will be a $15 fee applied.
