306BBQ High Temperature Cheese- Cheddar/Mozzarella

Sourced from British Columbia, this high temp cheese will add the finishing touch of flavour to your smokies, snack sticks, burgers or whatever else your imagination comes up with.  The cheese is cubed into roughly 1/4" cubes and will hold it's shape when cooking.  We recommend 2 lbs of cheese for 25 pounds of finished product.  Each bag is approximately 1 lb. and available in either cheddar or mozzarella.
